Nope, this CPU is too weak. Some games would be playable, but the majority not.

The GPU is ok, the CPU is the bottleneck.

Try to get a PC with a godd Intel CPU.

Those specs make no sense and must be completely wrong.

1. You listed two different cpus

First the A10-5700
2. The stock core clock frequency of the A10-5700 is 3.4GHz not 1.7GHz
3. It is a quad core cpu not an 8 core cpu
4. It uses a 7660D IGP not a 7340
5. It is a desktop cpu that was just introduced (only available through an OEM at the moment)

Second the E2-1800
6. A dual core 1.7GHz netbook cpu that matches the rest of your specs
