I have already installed the C++ 2010 redistributable package, uninstalled both dolphin and the package, and reinstalled. I also have gone into my system32 folder and found the file myself, but dolphin still says I don't have it.
And what about your DirectX runtime? -> http://www.dolphin-emu.org/faq.html

DirectX 11, it is the most up to date version according to that.
Update your DirectX even if you think you have the latest version installed.

"DirectX setup has determined that a newer or equivalent version of DirectX has been installed already. No installation is necessary."
That's strange. where did you download the Microsoft C++ Restributable package?
Make sure the C++ 2010 Redistributable you downloaded and installed matches your OS, e.g. 32-bit or 64-bit.
Try with this
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/es-es...laylang=es (32bits)
or this

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/es-es...laylang=es (64bits)
this version with SP1 its better
You could also try copying the DLL to the directory of the Dolphin Exe. This Is not a really good fix, but it should atleast tell you if your PATH is screwed up or the VC Runtime package.

Okay, copying the dll to the dolphin folder just causes a message to appear saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application." I have been using 64 bits but I guess I'll try the 32 bit version.
Downloaded an older version of Dolphin and it runs fine, guess I'll just use that.
