Phenom 2 x4 965.
Bulldozer is actually a bit worse than what you already have.

Also, 3.4 ghz isn't "slow" its just that better processors can do more with lower clock rates.

A phenom 2 @ 2.8 ghz would be faster than your current processor.

A Celeron G530 at 2.4 ghz would rival your processor and surpass it in some areas, namely dual-threaded applications.

The recommend processors for dolphin are Intel's Sandy Bridge series of processors.

However, when a Phenom 2 x4 965 is overclocked to 4.0 ghz, it can rival the Pentium G860s performance in Dolphin.

I didn't Know about Sandy series, Is it a CPU?, Why did you say Bridge?? it is different or is another part of the motherboard

(*) = no overclocking
Athlon 64 -> Athlon II -> Phenom II -> Intel Core 2 duo , Core 2 Quad = AMD Llano -> Intel 1st gen - Nehalem : Pentium G6950 ,Core i3 530 ,i5 760 , i7 920 -> Intel 2nd gen - Sandy Bridge : Pentium G860 (*) , Core i3 2100 (*) , i5 2500k , i7 2600k -> Intel 3rd gen - Ivy Bridge : i5 3570k , i7 3770k ....
I won't bother list the rest CPU

Thanks for the Info.. But if I want to get a cpu, I would only get a AMD serie for my motherboard, maybe a phenom or AMD FX cpu's and it would be more expensive.. new video card, new cpu and motherboard..

I think the best way would be get a Wii console!

But for example, yesterdat I was playing o testing new super mario and it was working fine.. when I was playing the first level, was little slow but playable.. and I said that a new video card would be better

thats my question!!

thanks for all your answers

No. Dolphin is CPU dependent

NSMB is not a demanding game. It would work on any system even crappy

Ok thank you.. I'm thinking to get a New CPU, AMD FX-8150 Black Edition, 3.6GHz, Socket AM3+, Eight-Core, 125W is a good CPU?

Do you know it?

399 dlls

No, that's not good. Intel is the way to go. The i5-2500k will do you well for most games.
I agree.

AMD Bulldozer performs poorly in Dolphin.

Get the Phenom 2 x4 965 instead if you refuse to use an Intel processor / change motherboards.

If you do want to use Intel, then get an I5 2500k/3570k.
Note that either of them require a Z77 motherboard.

If you have $399, then I'd suggest

I5 3570k
Z77 motherboard
GTX 550 Ti- (Whenever you can afford a GPU.)
Some sort of cooling fan/heatsink
