Not really.
Bulldozer processors have poor performance in dolphin.

Sandy Bridge processors are preferred. (I5 2400-2500k.)
Ivy Bridge, even more so. (I5 3750k.)

Even so, if you can overclock to 4.5 ghz, you should get acceptable performance in some games.

Video card is fine for 4x native resolution, though. (2160 x 1600)

RAM is fine as well.

But a Sandy Bridge i3 will perform much better in dolphin at stock clocks than your 6100 @ 4.5 ghz.
At least , you should give it a try
Every Person has his own idea of perfection . Half-speed is fine with some people...
Back to topic , AMD FX series "Bulldozer" a.k.a Faildozer are no good for dolphin . Phenom II run dolphin better than any Bulldozer with the same clock rate

Please try to explain a little better what your problem is
"nvdia 64 prob" is not very clear.

Like LordVador said, try to give us more information.
@Markjay24 - Also, try not to hijack someone else's thread. If you have your own question, please start a new thread rather than posting in another (unrelated) topic. Like the others said, be more detailed about your issue, as well.
