I don't have that problem on my i5 661 desktop.

Do not use Directx 11 back end
Just stick with either directx 9 or OpenGL
well even if i use direct x 9 or opengl or direct x 11,the result always remain the same.first it will show gt 540 m in graphics processor but upon playing any game or closing that tab it again switches to intel hd : ( ,which pisses me off.
I assume you're using latest Dolphin ( 3.0 7xx) , not old revision right ?
