i have read every post regarding the dolphin cant r but recognize the gpu and tried by going to control panel selected its default to high end processor,selected battery to high performance,updated graphics driver both intel and nvidia but all in vain.
and i know some of u guyz will tell me that my laptop system requirements is not good enough but i would like to say them that earlier 4-5 months ago i played almost every playable game that works in dolphin like legend of zelda twilight princess,mgs twin snakes,ultimate muscles,dragonball z tenkaichi 3 etc but now i cant play them becoz my dolphin is nt recognizing nvidia gt 540m.plz help me : (
Try to update/downgrade the version of the nVIDIA driver.
What does the yellow text say when you boot up a game?
OpenGL is slower than dx11 and dx9 back end but only Nvidia/AMD GPU can use OpenGL back end (Intel HD 3000 , HD 4000 can't)

What are you talking about. The HD 3000 and HD 4000 can use the openGL backend just fine.
That's an ironlake GPU.
Which is odd because I have a desktop with an ironlake GPU that runs dolphin using the openGL backend just fine. And ironLake supports openGL 2.1.

Yeah but "Dolphin stop working" with Intel HD
If i choose "auto select" instead of "integrated graphic" , Dolphin - OpenGL will use Nvidia GPU

well it says the usual stuff like core i5 2430m,2.4 ghz,direct x 11,sse1 sse2 sse 4 blah blah blah but it didnt shows the graphics card name : (

i tried to downgrade the version it didnt work
guyz i tried to even to install the downgrade version of gt540m of 2011 but still no luck. l feel like crying.......i was so happy when i bought my laptop in 2011 and after that the next good thing happened was playing legend of zelda twilight princess in dolphin in full speed.But those happiness last and turned into nightmare when i upgraded the drivers of both intel and gt 540m .

Do not use Directx 11 back end
Just stick with either directx 9 or OpenGL
