Why don't you slip in a cheap PCI-E card? I'm pretty sure your mobo has at least ONE PCI-E slot.

Depends on your budget. I would say OC your processor to 3.0Ghz and then pick up a GTX 275. And add a couple more gigs of RAM if you can.
If you can't afford a GTX 275 get a GTX 260 and if you can't afford that then get a GTS 250. AND, if you can't afford that then wait until you CAN afford it. IMO, there's no point in saving $30 and getting a cheap 9 series since those will outdated in a matter of months when the GT300 series cards come out. You can pick up a good GTS 250 for $130 from Newegg.
But I guess if you want a quick solution a cheap 9600 GT would be alright for the time being too.
