Well most problems solved just upgrading to latest release except now... all game cube games wont respond to my controller... lol Wii works fine getting 30-172 FPS lol and defender ill try that out right away ^^

A 3Mhz CPU should give you 0fps. a 3Ghz, maybe a bit more

Well, depends on the CPU. AMD Athlon @ 3.0GHz is less powerful than a Core 2 Duo @ 3GHz. It depends on the CPU micro architecture

Obviously a typo of ulil100

An Intel 8080 has 2MHz (yeah 1Mhz differenz, doesn't matter )

Yeah but ulil100 is probably european and europeans use a point and not a comma
