Yay my ban was lifted ^_^

Any way I tried the steps above and it worked but it still crashes more then it should :/

I got it to work. I still experience issues with game slowdowns mostly when there are character voiceovers.

I've messed with alot of the available settings in audio/graphics(options & direct3d9,11,opengl/software) 
The issues with slowdowns & sound are absolutely identical to the issues with the "SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom" game.

My gfx_dx9.ini (directx 9) settings which has all the settings setup needed for the game to work.

Setup -

• Make sure the dolphin program is closed.
• open your dolphin folder
• open the user folder
• open the config folder
• rename the "gfx_dx9.ini" file to "gfx_dx9.ini.bak" (backs up your current settings)
• Copy the file you downloaded above to the dolphin/user/config/ folder.

but it is frozen at that is what i dont want to happen i told colrom at twitter and facebook but they still not answered me
