Profile specs, and most of the hardware specs users post (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc), aren't meant to give us that info. If you feel drivers, desktop settings, GPU control panel settings, and anything else are the issue, ask the OP to provide them. It's not necessary to post that info right away to make a proper thread, even if that info could possibly be helpful.

I first tested your config Shonimu, but that didn't fix it right off the bat. I had to make one change, which was to go into the custom projection hack settings and rather then selecting the Skies of Arcadia option from the presets i manually changed the zFar correction to 1.99998. Or was that what you were doing instead of using the SoA preset? Regardless, the Skies of Arcadia preset seems to be broken. At least with my specs in revision 30721, as well as 3.0.
And i got the fix, fittingly enough, from the thread Squall linked. Heh. So in the end thanks to all of you for the help.
Ah yes, the projection hack is what I changed, but I seriously couldn't recall it. I got my new computer like 7 months ago, and I haven't touched SoA's per-game settings since then. I was going to show you a picture of my projection settings since it was checked (mine too isn't set to the SoA preset, instead it's "Custom"), but I would have thought that by now someone would have corrected the preset. Anyway, glad to hear you solved your problem.
