I was just thinking "lle on thread" should be on its own physical cpu core,not on a different thread on same cpu core.
If that happens,that's maybe he is getting slower perfomance with lle on thread ?
Just guessing,since I dont have cpu with hyperthreading to test.
Op you should disable hyperthreading and enable lock thread to cores and test again with lle on thread,one of these options should help

How can I monitor what threads are on what cores anyways?
