I am very frustrated i figured my system would be able to run this fine

i get 30 fps everywhere except outside in hyrule field i get 25 - 28 fps
the music keeps going all weird

this can't be normal

It is normal. Hyrule field runs slow later in the game. If you had searched the forum you would know that.

25-28 FPS are good, still playable. Other users get even less FPS
