Don't use XMS ram it's voltage is higher than normal (1.65 vs 1.5) which could bottleneck the overclocking potential of the CPU. However that motherboard does have enough phases yet i'd suggest vengeance ram vs XMS is old and it sucks.
That's the first time I've ever seen the words "voltage" and "bottleneck" used together like that in a sentence.
For a dolphin cpu you can skimp on the gpu a lot more, i wouldnt suggest it on the cpu though. the one that's been suggested is great. That motherboard admin posted was kind of overkill. usb3 and sata3 aren't needed by any stretch of the imagination. If you want to shave some cash off the build skimp a little on the motherboard too, but make sure you get a good brand. i'd also suggest a 500w psu from corsair to stay on the safe side / futureproof for upgrades.
