I currently have just a WII with video problems, So I was wondering if you guys could suggest a basic build <$500

I was thinking something around the lines of this:
1. i5 3570K OC at Max (maybe using water cooling)
2. Z77 motherboard (Openbox from Newegg.com)
3. Using my 8800GTX for now to suffice for video card (Will this work?)
4. Newegg cheap PSU + Case
5. Supported DVD drive with rawdump
6. 8GB DDR3 1600
7. aftermarket cooler (Was thinking one of the preassembled water coolers)

I would like to see if this build would be able to run Twilight princess at 30 frames in hyrule. I understand I may need to upgrade my GPU to do that, but will the processor handle it?

Would you be able to recommend a good GPU for ~$150?

EDIT: I forgot, I would like to be able to play these games at 1080p at about 2.5x native res, if not higher.

GPU: GTX 550 Ti or Radeon HD 68XX - They all are able to handle 4x IR and MAYBE some AA.

If you go for 3570K you should upgrade

No way you could get that for <500$$
When using quality equipment you'd not want a cheap PSU.
Let's just be concise and 2dapoint:

CPU 220$
Motherboard 120$
RAM 50$
PSU 50-100$
GPU 150$
Case 60$
preassembled watercooling loop 80$+
DVD drive 20$

Total 750-800$

Save a few months extra and get all your parts at once as prices are constantly fluctuating and mostly downwards.

You shouldn't upgrade your GPU , Nvidia 8800GTX can do 4x Internal Res
