Hello there,
Today I Started Playing RE2 and For Some Reason in scenarios the audio will repeat itself or in some cases like for exaple in the gun store when the fat guy supposed to be zombie food and gets munched on there supposed to be music playing in the background
and in the the main menu when you start the game it should have ''resident evil 2'' by some guy. anyone know how to fix it???

The RE games have audio problems, that's normal. Try Dolphin 3.0 (the official release) and use the DSP LLE Recompiler.

And it won't. You'll ALWAYS get sound issues in RE2 (and in RE series in general) EVEN with LLE.
But LLE remains the best solution provided that your system can support it
