Hello.

I'd like to know if it's possible to create USB Gecko codes with Dolphin.

I know you can emulate the USB Gecko hardware.

Thanks!
Yes? I'm not sure exactly what you are asking Undecided

But just using Dolphin and emulating the USB Gecko hardware.

Here's a link to another thread about this, but it was never fully answered.
You need to create a virtual com port and connect the WiiRD software up that way. WiiRD is Windows software and you are using OSX.
I've got a Windows as well.

I'll try that!
Wait a sec.

Let me install the drivers.
This is not working.

I successfully made the VCP on port 55020.

It says created and connected.

But WiiRD doesn't connect.

Then I realized I need to install the drivers, using this link: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm, as said in the thread: http://forum.wiibrew.org/read.php?30,59186,59186

But still nothing.

Anything I'm missing?

And how about a step by step tutorial?
I created the virtual COM port at port 55020. (As shown be the attachment)

But it still cannot find the USB Gecko in WiiRD.

Do I have to convert the VCP to USB and how would I do that?
Still won't work.

CAN ANYONE HELP?

ANYONE?!

I have no idea what to do now.

And skid, can you give DETAILED infomation?
