3570k.
You'll also need a z77 motherboard.
On stock cooling you should hit about 3.8 ghz, which should be fine for most games.
Yeah, but the Last Story, Super Mario Galaxy etc. need an overclocked i5-3750k/2500k, especially The Last Story. If you want to play very demanding games, i recommend to buy a good aftermarket CPU cooler and a decent thermal compound. Then, overlock the i5 to about 4.2GHz.
You'll see, the games will run very well

then i will go for the 3570k, in turbo mode reachs 3,8ghz, which ghz are the optimal for fullspeed?
Depends on the game.
But if you overlock the CPU to 4.2/4.3 GHz, you should be able to play nearly all games very well.
I will able to do that with the stock 3570's cooler?
Definitely not.
You will need a aftermarket CPU cooler (e.g. Thermalright HR-02 Macho) and a aftermarket thermal compound (e.g. Arctic Cooling MX-4)
cooler master hyper tx3 and arctic silver ceramique2 will be fine?
