Hi everyone iam new here and have a question which confuses the heck out of me... Huh

So i got monster hunter tri on dolphin (v. 3.0-638) and it mostly runs at a stable rate of 30 fps, but in specific areas and town (if crowded) it drops to 25 and even 22 fps, which is not game breaking but annoying
So i thought my CPU might be used to 100% of its capacity, i checked in task manager and it was only used upto 50%
I have a six core processor and a gtx 560ti (according to http://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?ti...Hunter_Tri) it should be powerful enough.

Please help me

Edit: i posted it in the wrong section and cant delete it oh man i fd up xD
Just so you know, everyone who comes here posts the same thing, it's a never ending cycle of the same-old same-old.

1) Dolphin doesn't use all of my cores, why?
2) I can run Skyrim at max settings, but not an old Nintendo game?
3) My AMD CPU is really good, why doesn't it run games well?
4) I lower the graphic settings but the speed stays the same, why?
5) The sound skips or is missing, why?
6) My game doesn't boot, why?
7) Why can't my Pentium 4 runs games fast?
8) What matters more, CPU or GPU?
9) ...

That's just a few of them, I'll leave it to others to answer these questions for the billionth time. Smile Just about every thread in the hardware section has useful info, I suggest reading for a while.
