Definitely go for the notebook with i7-3610QM // Zelda SS should be playable (with some FPS drops). SMG2 is a very demanding game if you use LLE, SMG2+LLE needs (in most cases) an overlockes Core i5-2500k/i5-3570k.

Neither of them will do , just build a desktop with i5 2500k @ 4.4GHz or i5 3570k @ 4.2GHz
Most Non-gaming notebook overheat with dolphin , don't even think about it

Yeah, go for the Nvidia one, the 7xxx series suck
