It looks like I don't need to. I removed datamngrUI.exe, WLIDSVC.EXE, and WLIDSVCM.EXE and it works now without disabling desktop composition mode. It wprked well when I removed datamngrUI.exe but, I removed the other two just to be sure.
Ah, glad to know that we fixed the problem.
WukongPanda - Did you completely uninstall whatever was running datamngrUI.exe and restart your computer? Since Leo1481 had success fixing this issue, I do believe it is that process that causes the problem.
That is actually what I am trying to figured out. I dont think I got datamngrUI.exe completely unistall
slmpika u are awsome....that fixed it...It was related to something called searchqu or soemthing liek that. A browser toolbar of some sort. Mark this somewhere for anyone else who has this problem

I did some searching and found this . Try adding Dolphin.exe as an exception in the DEP settings and see if that helps.
Edit: I tried this and Windows wouldn't let me add Dolphin to the list, so this probably won't work.
More info here .
DO NOT modify the DEP list, changing it to exclusion mode forces it enabled for all processes causing MORE problems.
Dude i have the same issue IS THERE A FIX ANYWHERE?
THANK YOU DELETING SEARCHQU OR WHATEVER FIXED THIS ISSUE FOR ME AS WELL THAT CONFIRMS IT, IF I HAD TO WAIT ANY LONGER TO FIX IT I WAS GONNA GO CRAZY!!!!
