What do you mean by "I can't stand 3.0"?

Are you using LLE? LLE on Thread?
Could you post your settings?

Well due to the fact i can't emulate my games at 100% 100% of the time i get sound glitches like crazy on dolphin 3.0 but other builds are fine (i can't tell you my dolphin settings because i don't know all of them off by heart and dolphin's window won't even start up without crashing)
if you don't understand what I have been saying and what the issue is watch this video and it will explain everything: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0WXDwV30AgU&feature=youtu.be
Where did you download that build of dolphin from?

it isn't the build because i tried many builds and they work for a bit then they do that then i either wait a bit or restart my PC than eventually it will do it again.

This is the exact same Problem I am having. I cannot get dolphin to open a second time unless I wait a while or restart. I am using the lastest version of dolphin from this website...64 bit for windows...
