Okay so recently i have been having an issue with dolphin and it started ever since i started emulating brawl (SSBB). Sometimes the emulator will crash during emulation than if i click on it to go back in it it will say "Dolphin Has Stopped Working" about 1 second after i click on it but if i wait 1-3hrs or restart my PC it works again. Why is this happening and i have tried 2 dolphin builds.Huh

Windows 7 X64

Edit:
using dolphin 2.0 but once 2.0 stops working if i go too my 3.0 to emulate a different game it does it too but 3.0 won't do it on it's own if that made any scene.
if you don't understand what i am saying watch this video and it will explain everything: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0WXDwV30AgU&feature=youtu.be
Did you try the latest git version of Dolphin?

btw: I can hardly understand what you're writing.
Does it happen only with SSBB or with other games too?
Two things first. Post your Dolphin settings. In dolphin, click the Config button and look at the General tab. Click the Graphics button and look at the General, Enhancements, and Hacks tabs. Those are usually the most relevant settings we need when troubleshooting a problem.

Also, make sure this isn't a temperature issue with your computer. Download CoreTemp and take note of your temps when ever you try to play. Also, after waiting 1-3 hours and then playing Dolphin again, how long can you play it for? Does it ever crash again? Does this happen with one specific game, or all games?

I haven't found out yet but it mostly happens when doing anything with the controller in dolphin when emulating SSBB.

i Can't even get there because today after starting up my PC it didn't even work at all.
Use CoreTemp and give us your settings Smile

Also, what do you mean it has something to do with the controller? Can you be more specific?

For SSBB i am using r7716 (2.0) i can't stand 3.0 and it isn't necessary for this game.

First that isn't 2.0 >.>, second we don't really support builds before GIT other then 3.0

for waiting it is 30min-3hrs and playtime can be from 5min-6hrs

i don't think it matters because 3.0 has the issue too.
also i know it isn't temps because my 6850 can hit 80c+ on video games no prob but on dolphin it hits a max of 66c-70c maybe.

well i use my ps3 controller using motion-joy (Bluetooth) and my controller sometimes isn't picked up by dolphin because i start it before my controller is setup than i have to pause or stop the emulation go into game-pad and hit refresh but than it can sometimes screw up dolphin and crash it when i do it when the game is running and it does what i said above.

What do you mean by "I can't stand 3.0"?

Are you using LLE? LLE on Thread?
Could you post your settings?
