Not just the "M " . You're confusing between AMD 6300M series and AMD 6600M
AMD 6300M series are terrible , not much diffence compare to Intel HD .

Try these lowest settings . If you not gain any speed boost then it's CPU bottleneck

I'm sorry for the confusion. You're right, my card is AMD 6630M. I'll try the lowest settings with the onboard card, but I'm sure if I could use the offboard it will be unecessary.
