So here's the deal. I plan to build soon. I'll keep my 6870. What would you do? Undecided
i5-3570k: For Dolphin and gaming
i7-3770k: video en/decoding, other programms which need HyperThreading

My suggestion. Wink
Hyperthreading + Dolphin/PCSX2 = 3770K? Big Grin
3770k. obviously it's like saying which number is bigger 4 or 8 Tongue
About time Vador. Smile
Personally, I'd go with the 3570K, even if I encode video's and render 3D scenes etc.
My first choice was the 3770K but I got really good reports about 3570K. I'm still hesitating Undecided
3570K. Obviously I think that, cause that's what I bought Tongue. For Dolphin and PC games, the ONLY benefit a 3770K has is that the 3770K has a slightly larger cache. That's it. And you are paying through the nose for it. So I definitely think the 3570K is the better deal.

3570k.
No question about it.
Hyperthreading can harm performance in things which don't like it (like dolphin). Send the spare money to me. That's the solution!
