Why dont you do it yourself ? If its posible find on google how to do it
This page has a region converter tool that you can use. The other tools are outdated, though, since most of them are built into Dolphin. There's nothing wrong with asking for help, but always try your hardest to search for the solution yourself using google and the forum search first; this link wasn't buried that deep.
I saw that page but... I'm using a macbook and cannot run executable files... please could you do it for me.. I'd really appreciate it :/
