I went back to HLE because my CPU was too weak for LLE and now it's working perfectly, the game runs smoothly and there are no audio/sound issues at all! I simply switched from DSound to XAudio2 backend, sample rate is 32000 Hz and it did the trick.
(I'm using winx64-v3.0-716 btw)
Thanks for the control settings, Cloud! I remember using cursor directions for a while in Fatal Frame 4 as well, but I eventually went back to axis because cursor is hard to control for me. Sometimes it's not really responsive, other times it's too sensitive and my camera goes all over the place.

Amazing . HLE and 32 Mhz really seem to ( Edit : NOT ) solve the problem.
Edit:
CG cutscenes is still with video delay . A scene that looked like it would have the problem didn't have it so i presumed it was a weird fix . 32 Mhz sound really has bad quality so i don't really suggest it ... sigh~ ....

why the thumbnail looks bright and colorful, but the real video is dark and colorless
unfortunately that's youtube processing guilt
i am editing video with effects from youtube now added some hdr lights

Yeah, sorry about it, I was glad too soon and the voice delay is still there in some cutscenes. :/ I didn't experience any problems in the first two chapters, that's why I thought it's a working solution. Turns out 32000 or 48000 Hz doesn't make any difference because I switched back to 48000 Hz and it's the same. Still, XAudio2 is a lot better for me than DSound with its weird slow-mo man voices in cutscenes.

I think it's a youtube bug, the preview image of some of my videos I recorded with Fraps look the same, but when I watch the actual video the colors are normal. Project Zero is supposed to be dark and gloomy, it's not a colorful game. : )
yeah,they have option to add HDR lights to videos

hello everybody, after a long time i decided to come back here again to play this game, but its still to laggy for me.Its any recommended settings ?
Edit: i see that my sig is still there, and thats pretty much my ugly pc , so i dont need any post bashing me for this, im just asking the recommended configuration in dolphin in order to squeeze the most fps

Use Old revision, like r6505 for best speed.
JIT + DX9 + HLE XAudio2 32 KHz.
Minor sound issue like audio desync & looping sound.
