I've tried that. Any time I try step 3, it makes an attempt at installing the drivers, but keeps asking me to "Plug in the Bluetooth device and press OK". The dongle is already plugged in, and even after reentering, I get the same message and the drivers never install. So I never got anywhere.
Don't know but 19$ for "class 2" USB dongle is too expensive . I rather use that money to buy various dongle as much as possible (At least 1 of them should work)
I just saw the reviews for the cheap one and felt kinda wary of them. Seemed like half of them were broken on arrival.
Last time i bought 5 different USB dongle for 20$ . 2 of 'em work and the rest simply don't work

So if I'm having trouble with a 3rd brand Wiimote not being identified by my dongle this should probably be solved with different dongles?
Only Wii could detect my Wiimote till now... I tried all kinds of stacks and drivers but didn't get a sign of life from my Wiimote.

Dolphin hate 3rd party wiimote / fake wiimote
You have to bet on your luck to find the working 3rd party wiimote for Dolphin .
Original (Nintendo) Wiimote is more expensive but it's worth it

My problem is not exactly with Dolphin (maybe not yet), my problem is that nothing other than the Wii can find the Remotes.
Well , my cellphone can detect/connect wiimote .
Iphone / Ipad can do the same
