If you're willing to use the command-line, copy and paste this into Terminal.

Code:
find / -maxdepth 5 -name .dolphin-emu

You can increase the maxdepth if you need to, but that will search your system for any folders (and files) named ".dolphin-emu", so if it doesn't find anything, it's most likely that the folder doesn't exist (or doesn't exist by that name, or is somewhere really obscure). If that's the case, I'd suggest downloading Dolphin 3.0 again and installing/extracting/whatever you do with .dmg files on OS X once more. If the command does give you a result, copy the text into Finder with "Go" -> "Go To Folder"
Everything is telling me either that it's Permission Denied or Not a Directory.

I've tried downloading Dolphin again but for some reason the new versions STILL won't open. This is incredibly frustrating; it was working perfectly before, so there has to be a reason it stopped working.

I'm sorry, forgot to mention that you need to be root/super user/admin. On OS X, you need to enable it, but that's way more involved than copying+pasting, so I apologize, I thought it'd be a quick and dirty way to find out where the folder was. It'd probably be easier to just use Spotlight at this point. :p

If you still feel like trusting the command-line, you can run this

Code:
ls -a ~

That'll print all the folders, even the hidden ones, in your home directory, so if it's not there, something's probably wrong. Also note that the newer versions of Dolphin on OS X are kinda broken. A user named Wintermute made some custom builds that seem to be running fine for OS X users. The official 3.0 Dolphin release (not 3.0-XXX) should work fine as well, unless there's something up with your system. Perhaps downloading that will work instead of the very latest revisions.
Yeah I just got back to this because this was frustrating me so I was trying to avoid it, and I looked in the directory and I can't find it... can't figure out what might have went wrong! I guess I'm going to have to just uninstall it then Sad
