when l run melee on R 3622 the speed are so slow and i dont now if am lucky i get about 29fps my rig :

Use older revisions. Older ones are way faster than new ones.
or disable other audio (trottle) in dsp settings maybe this can help
tell me the setting that you use
enable dual core
enable the jit dynarec
enable optimize quantizers
enable lle dsp on thread
hle bios enable too
and no special settings
if this dont help buy a better pc or overclock your pc or use a older revision

no use a older one maybe rev 2745
that way to old.
with your low graphics cards its probably an issue of the gpu watchdog that was changed in 339x.
so use any rev before 339x, and it will be fine.
many people got melee work well on revs between 1900s-2800s.
what card graphic do you use iulius
