Sorry, but I think your graphic card is not supported...
You just could tryout the Dx9 plugin, but it isn´t good at all..

EDIT: Your graphic card only supports OpenGL 1.4. But you need 2.0!!

I think your CPU is a bit slow. You will not be able to play any GC or Wii games at decent speed, I think...Sorry
