Hacks: Ignore Format Changes, Texture, External Frame Buffer disabled, Fast Mipmaps, no fog, Cache Display List, OpenMP, nothing else (EFB Copies is not activated)
Enhanced: Nothing activated
Some suggestions?

I would suggest updating your mobility nvidia gpu driver to the latest ...
dunno if it helps for dolphin-emulation , but it sure does helped me for making PC RAGE work perfectly on my old laptop (ati)
