But,problem with this rig is that it comes with b75 chipset and you cant overclock cpu with it,which is shame since 3570k is meant for overclocking.
Other then then,it's fine both perfomance and price-wise

By overclock do you mean manually overclock or can i still use intel turbo boost?

You could still use turbo boost.
I'd still recommend a Z77, because: Unlocked Processor.
