You shouldn't worry about 70c. You still have plenty of headroom. It'd suggest you to stop when you reach around 80-85 though, whichever you're more comfortable with.
What are your voltages at?
I dont remember. I think 1.375 or 1.4. I just used the EZ OC that comes with my mobo. Problem is she fails intel burn test at 4.4 reporting instability. Im thinkin more tweaks might need to be made to be stable past 4.2 and im not sure
There's a lot of mixed opinions about this, but personally, I wouldn't go much higher than 1.4v. If possible, try to keep the voltages lower than 1.4v.
I always prefer manually overclocking over the auto overclock button because the auto overclock usually sets it to a higher voltage than it actually needs.

I suggest you try to manually overclock, and use Prime95 aside IBT to test your stability.
But how do I get it stable at 4.8 under 80 C?

I'm totally agree with you.You'r 100% good here that try to manually overclock and use Prime95 aside IBT to test your stability.
