Didn't check your PC before, but rpglord is right. That rig should play Xenoblade very well.
What is your GPU model? You only stated the series.
Oh and use
this build. Use HLE.

Thanks everyone for your help. It's a bit late now but I will look into it in the morning and get back to you.
However I have noticed in using other builds of dolphin beside the build I use is that the opening menu comes with a dark back ground not the blue sky one. I think because it is not rendering the screen correctly.
Also I was wondering how about other games like Mario Galaxy 2 or Resident evil 4. I want a machine that can take on almost every game.
Plus I have been reading up a bit on an overclocked i5 3570k (4.2Ghz) Seems to be favored a lot. As it really wont dent my wallet much should I get one?
Another issue is that whether graphics card matter? If I get an HD7950 will it really make any difference over my HD6700. As for the exact chipset my GPU uses I have to look for the box or have to Install Aiida. I will get back on that. Once again thank you.
Try the build I gave you, it's best for Xenoblade. If you're getting that black background issue again, post a screenshot of the issue and your settings aswell.
You should be able to play Mario Galaxy 2 and Resident Evil 4 really well with your current rig.
You still haven't said what your specific model is of your GPU. The 6700 is the series, not the actual card.
It will not make much difference in performance, other than you'll be able to play at a higher IR.
But I don't know what GPU you have so I can't compare.

Thank you garteal,
I have used the 3.0-508 HLE patched build you mentioned. I have used it at 2.5X ir works fine still cant handle 3X though but it still looks wonderful. Used it for an hour or so no crashes.
However I have tried playing resident evil 4 on other builds on my machine, the game seems to slow down considerably at bigger wider areas and so doez Zelda Twilight Princess. Are there certasin builds that are good for the game, or do you think an overclocked cpu and a slightly better Graphics card is needed.
As for my GPU chipset no idea cant find the all softwares say it is a 6700 series but not the exact model, sigh.
