Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

It weird because all my PC games works really fine, Battlefield 3 runs at 80 FPS.

And here Mario Galaxy 2 runs at 25 FPS and 35% Speed.

At 1x Native resolution it runs 27 FPS but 100% Speed.

Not again.

We've all gone through this a million times. If you want to know why, search the forums for it.

Download Dolphin 3.0. Dont change any settings, then run Mario Galaxy 2. Tell us how it runs.

Sorry, i never emulate games on my PC.

Mario Galaxy 2 with Dolphin 3.0 runs at 48 FPS and about 90% Speed. (but it's really ugly)

Overclocking the CPU is really necessary ? Because if not I prefer to not overclock.

Why did you buy a "K" processor then?
Anyway if you wanna play SMG (and other games) with LLE you'll have to overclock

SMG1&2 40FPS+ on my laptop
Check you CPU clock speed with "RealTemp" when running dolphin
There must be sth wrong with your CPU
Try disable anti-virus and some background processes

When running, RealTemp shows these temperature :

Weird ...You should be able to get 60FPS (4x Internal Resolution , 2xAA , 16x AF) without overclocking (HLE backend ofc)

I just reboot my computer and it seems that it works...

LLE should be 60FPS aswell.

Now I'm wondering what the hell this man had running before he rebooted?
Sounds like he's terribly infected by viruses that eat his CPU.
