I never said, that i WANT 15FPS.
I Just said, that i want 100% Game speed, WHEN the FPS drops to a point, where the game shouldnt run at full speed.
I used 15FPS for an example, because it would be 50% game speed.
I dont want to force the game to run at 15FPS, i never said that.
My logic makes perfectly sense, just the way you read/understand it, is wrong.
Long story short: 100% gamespeed with low FPS (Not 15fps forced, just lower FPS then the game actual need)

Like I said before, if you want to play at a 'lower FPS than the game actually runs at', then LIMIT your FPS to it. It's the exact same thing.

Ok tested it now with GPU-Z and the result was "ASIC quality reading not supported on this card".
