That type of "exercise" isn't going to improve your joints. Which is what causes the pain.
well... speaking of aches and pains, my left hand starts to hurt after a long piano play... Anyway. I'm just stretching my hands and stuff and after a while they are back to normal.
That's called Carpal tunnel syndrome geniuses.

I like the Wii motion controls and am very comfortable using it.

Using motion controls can sometimes really change the way a game plays.
Look at Skyward Sword. Wish we had more games that used the motion controls so well.

haha i surf and run alot..so i do exercise...
dont get me wrong the wiimote is very cool and nice..
i just prefer a regular controller...just wanted to other opinions...Smile
