So you downloaded an Emulated Motion Plus build. Now you have to substitute the .exe file of a "classical" build with the one you got in Emulated Motion Plus build. Have you done that?

How do you do that though go step by step I'm new at this stuff.
1- Download a "classical" build. The latest one for example. Extract it
2- In the "classical" build delete the .exe file
3- Copy the .exe file of the Emulated Motion Plus build in the "classical" build
4- Start Dolphin

If you can't load it in the emulator or if it doesn't work correctly try to map it manually
