I know it seems like I am beating a dead horse but I just like to make sure I get the most out of what I spend. I thought I had made my final decision until I ran into this:
http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np6165-clevo-w150er-p-4344.html
I decided it is best for me to get a laptop, so I was wondering if this is better than the last ($900) one even though they have similar specs. This one has 1080P and GDDR5 video card instead of DDR3, but I'm not sure it is that much bigger of a deal.
Well that one has dual core cpu,but it's upgradable,I customized it to have same i7 cpu and its $939.
So you figure out if having higher resolution is worth extra $40. Gddr5 memory doesnt metter.

orly?
I can remember, that GDDR5 graphics card have faster transfer rates than GDDR3 graphic cards. So GDDR3 VRAM is slower than GDDR5 VRAM.
I would choose a GDDR5 GPU cause GDDR3 is outdated (and slower).
I didnt mean that gddr5 is not faster-just that there is little difference in a card like 650m,because it wont need bandwith ddr5 provides.
But admin89 found perfect article for this,so I guess there is difference in some games,so I stand corrected.
So it seems sager clevo is better laptop all around only for $40 more.
Only downside for me is that it has 15 inch display
Thanks a lot for the advice and knowledge so far guys, but it seems the more I research the harder it is to make a decision. This laptop might seem like the better choice but after reading that they disabled turbo boost when using the Nvidia GPU, it seems very discouraging since Dolphin relies heavily on CPU speed for LLE audio. Here's the link:

It is under the "Turbo Boost" section.
Well then I would stay away from it,2.3 ghz is certanly not enough for dolphin. I would also double check that acer aspire or any other laptop you buy doesn't have turbo boost disabled also
Also, you probably know this, but when you said mobility is important I hope you didnt mean you wanted to play somewhere without ac outlet, because battery life is horible in most laptops especially when gaming.
You are looking at maybe 1-2 hours of gaming only
Mobility is important. I'm not too concerned with battery life because wherever I go usually has an outlet for me to plug it in. I read the review for the Acer multiple times and they never mentioned anything about turbo boost being disabled.
