I recommend this rig all the way.
It can max out most PC games.

(With the obvious exceptions; Just Cause 2, Crysis 2, Metro 2033, or built for PC games, and even then it should come close. This assumes you are playing at 1080p.)
There is no comparision between this rig and laptop you linked, because, well did you see how low 630m is on the list you posted ?
If you want a laptop, you need to find the one with better gpu.
For example,
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834215410
Its $900 but it has 650m gpu.
I doubt you can find laptop for gaming/dolphin cheaper then that.
Maybe $800 if you look really hard..
Yes I did see the disparity between them on the list. Performance-wise there is no comparison and I am aware of that but I am not always home, which is why I have this dilemma about choosing between the two.

I did see that laptop but idk if I want to spend all that money on a laptop. I am already wondering if I should spend the $700 for a computer in general lol
Buy a 3DS or a PSP or something.

Just my two cents.
Well if I were you, situation would be clear for me.
If you can only spend $700 or even wondering if that is too much I would just give up laptop and buy desktop pc.
If mobility is really important I would buy $900 laptop I linked,if not right now,I would wait till I had the money.
Basically you are paying $200 more for mobility and that is not bad deal imo

I need a computer regardless. If I wanted a handheld I would get a Vita, therefore not asking about PCs on this forum.

I think I just might go with the laptop. All I need to know is if it is going to run most games with LLE enabled and that will help me with my decision tremendously.

No Laptop on earth can do that unless you're willing to pay near 600$ for extreme edition mobile CPU and overclock it to 4.2Ghz
SMG + LLE = i5 2500k @ 4.4GHz (Desktop)
Edit : Oops!Clevo laptop is using i7 3930k . I thought it was mobile CPU , apparently it's desktop CPU

If we are talking about $900 laptop I linked...
It has ivy bridge cpu boosting to 3.3 ghz. I would say it's as good as desktop i5 2500k not overclocked.
So yeah,it will run most games with LLE enabled.
Not only that, but you will not have any problems running pc games either because of decent gpu and very good cpu
No , it won't
3.3GHz is single core mode . I say 3.1-3.2GHz turbo when dolphin is running (Assume CPU not overheat )
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i7/Intel-Core%20i7-3610QM%20Mobile%20processor.html
i5 2500k has turbo boost as well
Amazon has it for $850 now.
