Can I run this emulator? tried Crazy Taxi only got about 60-70% speed

is it just that game or is my system simply not good enough

specs are:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 605e - 2.30 GHZ
RAM: DDR3 - 3 GB
VGA: ATI Radeon HD 4500 - 512 MB

Processor needs overclocking.
Video card is good enough for 1.5x native.

Beyond the game itself, this game is not really demanding so it's a good test to know if your system can handle Dolphin decently
