Here are my specs:

Intel i5 750 @ 2.67 Ghz
Nvidia Geforce GTS 250 1024 MB
4 GB Ram

I know my processor is low, but it's still an i5. And my gfx is on the bottom tier of this generation when it comes to running current games like BF 3 and Crysis 2 at even medium to high settings but what about running GC games at full speed that look a little more spiffy than in their original form?

I want mainly play the Resident Evil Series - Remake and Zero in particular. And maybe some Twilight Princess and Metroid Prime.

So what's the verdict? Thanks.
OC your cpu to 4.0GHz and it will do well.
Thanks for your reply. I haven't overclocked before but I will research it but that number sounds a little high. Would somewhere in the 3ghz range be more reasonable?

If you have a good air cooler 4.0GHz should be completely doable.
That makes sense. But for now I will just see what I can get with my stock cooling.

I've done a little bit of research on Dolphin and I know that it requires a fast cpu more than a fast gpu, but for the sake of asking, how would Resident Evil Zero and Remake run on my current stock settings?

They should be playable.
