The main one currently i am playing is metroid prime 3, a few people state they have been playing at 90% 60FPS

This is what you're supposed to get in this game
Sonic runs at 30-32 but just very laggy/jumpy
now metroid - That runs around 30-40fps (somtimes upto 60 in a small room) but when it lags it doesn't get jumpy like somic, the game stays smoooth but SLOOOWS right down almost like slow motion.

Turning MMU on, even the speed hack, will slow the game down substantially.
