You're not. While 4K is indeed approximately 4 times the resolution of 1080p that's not why it's called 4K. It's called 4K because it's roughly 4,000 pixels wide. The K in this case is short for "kilo", the metric prefix for thousand. So the sentence you quoted is still wrong.

Yeah, but that isn't the reason I quoted it
There are no mountains in Magic the Gathering online exchange so stop calling Mt. Gox. I had to get that before the rage levels got to orange. Now for a joke. If you can't trust your money with a trading card site who can you trust?
Now what really grinds my gears is once DRM free greenlight games requiring Steam. Further reinforces my decision to not vote yes when someone does a cheap game for votes sale.
I really hate how wires seem to get tangled within themselves, i might just drop 2 wires on top of eachother, sometimes neatly, but when i come back they get tangled within eachother, as if by magic, and putting them apart is real pain in the rear.
Knot theory might help.

Mostly because you'll spend so much time studying it that you won't have any time left to drop wires on top of each other.
"Contact your network administrator". I AM THE NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR!!!
IE wasn't working properly today at college, and the particular computer I was using didn't have Chrome (because Network Support decided it would be best to trial it on some computers before others).

I decided to use Portable Chrome, which I don't have on my current pendrive.

I tried downloading it. PortableApps.com is blocked because (apparently) it's a games website (to clarify in the UK college is where you go from 16-18, and so is different to university, so they're allowed to block random websites for no reason).

I tried downloading it from CNET, but it didn't work.

I tried downloading it from sourceforge, which worked, and then deleted the file immediately because it was an exe.

As the college computers still have visual studio from when they still taught Java in VS (since VS dropped Java, notepad++ and javac are used), I decided I'd build Chromium from source.

It's really hard to get the source for Chromium when lots of websites are blocked and you can't use git.

It took the rest of the day to download (there wasn't much day left when I started).

It turned out I wouldn't have been able to build it anyway, as for some reason I need the Windows 8.1 SDK and various DirectX runtimes which the college don't have.

Much of that ~hour was wasted.
You can download it from Google and it will install even without Admin rights. Just press "Cancel" when it asks you for the admin password.
Lynxx FTW? Web1.0 4lyfe
[blog]Another lent another season of rage. I try to stick to circle jerks, but lent turns me into a militant atheist. I'm trying to show restraint this year since the pope is nice enough to let me in, but came across a catholic who gave up ketchup. That's a bigger cop out than giving up Catholicism (if someone wants to say that's a vice they'll get no argument from me). After my fit of rage I get reminded ,again, by a cafeteria catholic that while they think lent is stupid they are catholic (we had this same conversation last year). I'd like to ask why, but that's a can of worms best left closed like this post.[/blog]
I'll go back to reading the flame wars on the Noah imdb board now.

The issue there was that the URL of the actual installer file was blacklisted (or ended with .exe) so it was blocked.
Raging because the Audio Technica ATH-AD700 headphones are pretty much discontinued, and the only way to buy them is through ebay with a significant risk of them being used. -___-

They were literally the perfect headphones for me, unless I was going to win the lottery and start looking at the $1000+ ones.
