@Squall: Yeah, I noticed that too, but I like to be more thorough in my testing; e.g. actual gameplay. I prefer getting relevant results; I've seen that intro animation so much I'm kinda sick of it, so I nearly always skip it. I've never gotten fully perfect audio on the ToS intro though.
The intro with SoA drops to 17 FPS (the scene with the queen and all the captains) and gets low in other parts with VBeam, buts runs full speed without VBeam. Since the results switch (VBeam gives fullspeed, turning it off, not so much) during actual gameplay, I'm not too keen on taking any game's intro sequence as a quick one-off test for performance.
@rpglord: I can't seem to lower the performance on SoA with IR and MSAA. Seems like I can max these with my GPU. Can't use SSAA on my setup, which I'm sure would force the video thread to slow down. SoA isn't particularly GPU demanding, so I've heard. Ah well.
Yeah, its just been my experience with the game that the Animations tend to be harder on the emulator than the actual gameplay in ToS's case :\
I actually copied my SoA save from dolphin to the DML save folder to play it from a sd card xD.
@shonumi,I just used dx9 it only has SSAA settings ? I have similiar comp as you - 460 gtx card which is slightly faster then 550 ti and I got SOA running at 12 fps so I am sure SSAA was used
Anyways,I am suprised at lack of feedback from users about this.
If you reading this and tried it on games such as Super Mario Galaxy 1 or 2, Zelda Skyward Sword or any other game which required LLE and had stuttering sound because of it,and now it's solved,or not and you still have stuttering sound, please post your feedback !
Shomuni is on Linux, so only gets open gl, so no DX, so no SSAA.

I see,ok nevermind then !
Wow! Interesting find. I actually got the music to work on all the NFS series. Games still run at 100%.
Now this has been bumped, I'd like to ask something. How can I make LLE sound good at any speed. There are weird sound pauses and slowdowns, but I'm just as likely to get them at 100% speed as 70% speed. I may get around to doing an audio recording and putting it somewhere, but for now I'll say that the sound with the bug I have is also different to how LLE is during a slowdown (without the workaround we have in this thread).
It's probably that some games are not still perfectly emulated and are having sound issues in dolphin. Nothing can be done about it.
For example animations in Tales of symphonia..
Do you get this issue with all games or just some ?
If just some,list them
I've only run SMG1 with LLE other than to check I had the right dumped files (but the dump test was 3 second of the Wii menu, so is irrelevant). I'll try some other games, but wanted to put this out there while the thread was recently bumped, as otherwise I'd forget.

Try using LLE on separate thread.
