@yodenny - I don't think you understood what I meant for you to do. Disable HLE audio in Properties and then switch LLE audio to HLE (when you click on Dolphin's DSP button, Audio tab). If you don't change it from LLE, it will use LLE when HLE is disabled. Essentially what I'm saying: Setting HLE audio in Properties should give you the same result as disabling HLE audio in Properties but enabling it through the DSP button. In either case you're telling Dolphin to use HLE audio over LLE audio.
Enabling HLE in game properties or through dsp options will have same effect.
However,if option to use HLE is disabled in game properties, dolphin will use LLE interpreter instead of LLE recomplier.
I doubt this is what is happening to yodenny, because that certanly is not going to help anyone have nice and smooth sound

Why?
Its a bug nobody bothered to correct for years ( unless its corrected in latest revisons, but I doubt it )
You should tell a Dolphin dev about this

Solved so ive also tried what you did but to play the game i need to tick MMU i pick mmu speed hack since i believe it to be faster. Anyway so what you said kind of struck me odd so i untick mmu and put dsp to hle and guess what.. it was synced!!
So know im wondering either its my pc being slow or you did not tick mmu in properties

I tried that already Believe me when I start testing I go all out leaving no stone unturned

I thought they probably know already

What do you think is best way ? Google code "Issues" section ?
And dont devs read forum ? It was mentioned couple of times during last couple years...
These
settings and these
settings will create the same result in Dolphin. You shouldn't notice a difference between the two if no other settings have been altered (and by that I mean all of the other options in Properties). If the settings are the same as shown but you still notice any difference then you're getting unintended results.
I just realized by unticking mmu which slows down my game either if its HLE or LLE it is synced so know im thinking that turning on dsp hle emulation on in properties dont do squat and i have made an error in my discovery i staring to believe your right
