I dont know if this hardware is good enough for dolphin,here are the details :

Intel ® Core ™ 2 Quad Cpu q8200 @ 2,33 GHz

3GB Ram

windows vista 32-bit

Grafikcard: Geforge 9300 GE 256 mb

Can i run a few games ?

jes,i am sorry but i dont get it,but now i know ^^

I have try to run SMG 2 on my pc but i just get 30-35 fps with lowest settings...

I follow all instructions and the settings are i think correkt,can i pull out more power from pc ? again sorry for my bad englisch ^^

Nope, that's as much as you're going to get.
