Thanks for the reply , i have tried the latest driver and also the beta driver which is the same as in the other machine , the ram sticks match in speed (they both came on the same pack) , they are brand new kingston ram ddr2 , this system is a new build
Do you have progressive Scan checked?

Updated the divers and direct x for the third time and it worked all the sudden

i never tried any gamecube , even if the direct x says is the version same as the update go ahead and update it , that fixed it for me
