I don't think this has anything to do with crashing issues...

Does emptying or deleting the ./User/ShaderCache folder (relative to the Dolphin executable) get rid of the crash?

I don't have a ShaderCache folder. I have a Shaders folder, and I have a Cache folder, but there's nothing in it.

You're using 3.0-688 right? Have you tried to use another revision? Tried with Dolphin 3.0?
