You'll have to follow the instructions about how to get your system specs, and give us that information.
Without that, we can't determine if your system can handle it, and what settings would work best.

Unfortunately, your laptop is too slow for Metroid Prime and most GC/Wii games. You will not be able to play them at fullspeed.
And the fact that you don't have a discrete graphics card doesn't help either.
Your integrated chip is very slow and will slow you down a lot.

Sorry, one final question: what do I use as a memory card? I have one but I dont know how to use it for the computer, and everytime I start a game it asks me to play without saving because Slot A cannot be found
